Yusimi was born in February 1983 in Holguin, Cuba. From 1992 - 1995 was studying at "Escuela Vocacional de Arte of Raul Gomez Garcia" in Holguin. In 2001 she graduated modern dance and contemporary at school "National school of Arts José Maria Heredia" in Santiago de Cuba. 2002 - 2006 she was performing in the professional show in luxury hotel resort Sol Rio de Luna y Mares in Holguin. She was always dancing with passion and nice expression. After the every day of hard training, to be better her dream comes true. First time in her life she get offer to perform show in Spain (Murcia) and cooperate with very famous cuban musicians from Holguin "Faustino Oramas and Los Guayaveros". In January 2007 she became professional dancer of "National Dance theatre of Havana" in the famous dance company Yoldance and with the famous cuban orchestra "Pachito Alonso y su Kini-Kini". Her passion for dance were rising her up show by show and she became one of the best principal dancer of the company this position gives her new oportunity to travel with musical show "Viva Cuba". In March 2007 was with the company in Germany (Munich), later in Jun 2008 Greece Island Creete (Rethymno, Elounda), September 2008 Spain (Marbella, Zaragoza, Barcelona, Madrid). In February 2009 came back to Cuba (Havana) "Viva Cuba" in Theatre Mella, December 2009 was performing in Columbia (Cali) on the biggest Salsa Festival "Salsodromo", In May 2010 show tour in Portugal (Oporto). October 2010 with the company came back in Cuba (Havana) preparing herself for the new musical show "Besame Mucho", in few months later, in december 2010 "Besame Mucho" came to Spain (Barcelona), and later in february 2011 dancing in the Spanish Theater Canal (Madrid). On 13th of August 2011 with her husband Pedro founded their dance company "Cuban Dance Academy", in Slovakia where they are teaching new young talents.
